Ante Natal

Our specialised knowledge of the pelvis enables us to help our clients during and after their pregnancy. Through providing the highest quality treatment to our ante & post natal patients we have forged a strong relationship with local obstetricians, and work closely with them to ensure the best quality care for all patients.

We are aware that during pregnancy pain can sometimes be a common side effect, however we do not accept that it should be left untreated. If treated correctly we can help minimise any discomfort you may experience throughout the term of your pregnancy or post delivery.

The usual aches and pain associated with pregnancy may be helped with our simple and safe advice and techniques.

Post-Natal

After the birth of your baby sometimes life gets in the way, and you tend to put off your own health issues in order to cater to the needs of your child. However, we believe that it is never too late to take the first step toward managing your own health concerns as a result of childbirth.

A popular option with our patients is the Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates Classes that we run here at the clinic. Our physiotherapists will design you an individually tailored program for your specific needs, which you can then put into action under the supervision of our qualified Pilates Instructors to ensure you are performing all exercises correctly to guarantee you the fastest and best possible outcomes.

Exercise Prescription

With the increasing demands of everyday life it can be easy to neglect our bodies most basic needs.
